YES, the fuzz needs to go, but it will anyway as you rub and wash the quinces with a kitchen sponge or a brush. I don&#039;t like to peel the quince, as their skin is the most fragrant part of the fruit, and any fuzz residue would be unpleasant, I am sure.]]></description>
