Dear Ms. Aglaia,
I made fava just yesterday following your receipt of your vegetarian cookbook. It was delicious, simple combination of amazing flavors... just perfect. There was only one negative about that receipt.... it was not enough fava for our 4 member family! Next time I have to double the amount of all ingredients :-)
Thank you for your books, receipts and passion you give to your cooking. As we moved to Athens last year, I hope to see you one day cooking personally on Kea island.
Best regards, Iva (Czech Republic)
